About this paper tray
A paper tray or cassette holds the paper a printer or copier feeds from, with guides that set the paper size and a plate that lifts the stack to the pick-up roller. Optional feeders add more trays below the printer. Signs of a damaged tray are paper that skews or jams as it leaves the tray, the wrong paper size reported, a tray that will not lock in, or broken guides and latches.
Is this the right part?
The part number is on a label on the tray, often on its side or underneath. Match the printer model and the tray position, since the main tray, the multi-purpose tray and optional feeder trays are different parts. The manufacturer's part number for this listing is 45373001.
Not sure? Send us the number from the label, or your machine's serial number, and we will confirm the match before you order.
