About this printer roller
Rollers move paper through a printer. Pick-up rollers lift a single sheet from the tray, separation rollers or pads stop two sheets feeding together, and feed rollers carry the page along its path. The rubber hardens and polishes with use, and loses its grip. Worn rollers cause sheets that fail to feed, several sheets feeding at once, skewed or creased pages, and jams early in the paper path. Rollers for different trays in the same printer are often different parts.
Is this the right part?
The part number is sometimes moulded into the roller's core, but it is more often found in the printer's service parts list. Match the printer's model number and the tray the roller came from, since each tray may use its own roller. The manufacturer's part number for this listing is RM1-9168-000CN.
Not sure? Send us the number from the label, or your machine's serial number, and we will confirm the match before you order.
