Parts availability service levels around the clock, every day of the year — not only during office hours.
We answer the phone and we answer email, usually the same working day. If you know the part number, send it; if you do not, tell us the machine it came out of and we will find it.
Trading hours 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
Outside those hours, speak to your account manager about a critical spare — that is the fastest route to somebody who can help.
