Delivery and collection
Collect your parts from us, or have a courier bring them to you. Checkout shows every option with its price before you pay.
Collect from us
- Collect from our Honeydew branch in Johannesburg at no charge: from our locker, with a PIN we text you, or at the Partstore counter if you are sending a driver or your own courier.
- Our Johannesburg branch: 5 Star Junction, Cnr Beyers Naude & Juice Street, Honeydew, Johannesburg.
Delivered by courier
- Our courier is The Courier Guy. Enter your delivery address at checkout and you see the services it offers for that address, each with its price and the courier’s estimate of the transit time.
- Depending on your address, these can include overnight, economy, same day and collection from a Pudo locker near you.
- The price is worked out from the size and weight of your parcel and your address, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- If the courier cannot give a live price, checkout offers overnight delivery to your door at our standard charge instead.
- With a courier delivery to your door you can add delivery before 9am, Saturday delivery, or after-hours and public holiday delivery. Each extra is priced at checkout.
After you order
- Once your login is connected to your SPL account, your invoices, delivery notes, proof of delivery and order tracking are in My account.
- Check the parcel when it arrives. Whoever signs for it confirms they may accept it for your business, and a delivery cannot be disputed later.
- If a part is not what you ordered, or does not work, tell us within 4 days of delivery.
- The parts become yours once the order is paid in full. The risk passes to you on delivery, or when the courier collects them from us.
- Transit times are the courier’s estimates. Our Terms of sale cover delays outside our control, such as transport delays.
