How do I know my printer's fuser needs replacing?

Toner that smudges or rubs off the page, creased paper, marks repeating down the page and fuser error messages are the usual signs. Match the fuser to the printer model and to its mains voltage, because fusers are made in separate versions for different voltages.

What warranty does SPL give on this part?

How do I return a part that is faulty or not what I ordered?

Where do you deliver from, and how long does delivery take?

We ship from our Johannesburg and Cape Town branches to addresses across South Africa. Once you order, My account shows an estimated dispatch date for it, and courier delivery usually follows within one to two business days of dispatch.
